Three different Pitch Music & Arts event passes will be available for the weekend. All will grant you access to the event and allow you to curate your Pitch experience to your liking.

The most direct way to get to Pitch is to drive. While each journey will take varying times depending on your starting point, we recommend taking the following route if travelling from Melbourne.
Melton HIghway towards Ballarat, continuing onto Western Highway.
If you are driving to Pitch in a car with 5 seats or less and wish to camp next to your vehicle then you will require a Standard Vehicle Pass. Vehicle Passes must be purchased separately from your festival pass.
Those camping in General Camp must purchase a General Vehicle Pass and those camping in Premium Camp must purchase a Premium Vehicle Pass.

Due to the rural location of Pitch, there will be limited to no rideshare services available. If you need to book a taxi, please try to book in advance with Ararat Taxi services or get in contact with them via:

Campervans are permitted at Pitch Music & Arts - you will require a Large Vehicle Pass.
If you are driving to Pitch in a 6-12 seater car and wish to camp next to your vehicle then you will require a Large Vehicle Pass. Vehicle Passes must be purchased separately from your festival pass.
Those camping in General Camp must purchase a General Campsite Large Vehicle Pass and those camping in Premium Camp must purchase a Premium Camping Large Vehicle Pass.
Large Vehicle Passes will be available to purchase next year. Check back here soon.
If you have organised your own private bus to take you to and from Pitch, a Private Bus Pass must be purchased. Please note, this bus will drop you off/pick you up from the designated bus drop off/pick up point.
Please note, only one pass per bus is required and private buses will not be able to enter the campgrounds - you must carry your belongings to your campsite.
Must be purchased for any sized vehicle with a trailer attached.
While ample space is designated for General Admission tickets alongside easily accessible facilities, for those inclined for a more premium recline, we recommend reviewing the options below. Pleasurable upgrades give you access to private and communal areas.
Take a step-up from General Camp and experience the perks of Premium. Those who have purchased a Premium Camping upgrade will have access to premium showers and toilets, express vehicle entry on arrival, premium campsite location, shaded areas and access to communal powered areas.
Premium Camping — $124 + Booking Fee Per Person
Please note, this must be purchased in conjunction with your Festival Entry Ticket.
Rent a pre-pitched tent for the festival, and leave the fuss of camping with us. With a range of different sized pre-pitched tents available, you will have the option to hire a tent with a bed and camping gear included, or hire one without and bring your own equipment.
Located close to all the action whilst offering comfort, you’ll arrive at your allocated tent all set up and ready for the weekend.

A designated Car Park Pass will be available for Pre-Pitched campers which will allow you to park your car for the weekend.
