We are pleased to share that together with relevant stakeholders we have finalised the refund process for Pitch 2024 ticket holders. 

As you know, the unique circumstances in which our seventh iteration unfolded presented us with various challenges regarding refunds. 

Over the past month, we’ve been working around-the-clock to navigate these challenges in order to provide the best possible outcome.

We can confirm that all ticket holders are eligible for a refund. When and if your ticket was scanned into the event will determine the amount you are eligible for, ranging from 70-100%.

We hope that this outcome will provide some comfort to our community.You do not need to do anything to receive your refund.

The amount you are eligible for will be automatically processed by the ticketing provider you used to purchase tickets. Please see below for details 

Megatix & Humanitix Ticket Holders:
-
Ticket holders whose ticket was scanned into the festival on Friday or Saturday will receive a refund of 70%*
- Ticket holders whose ticket was scanned into the festival on Sunday will receive a full refund*
- Ticket holders who did not scan in their ticket at all will receive a full refund*
*All refunds exclude booking & transaction fees.

Things to note:
-
This refund policy will apply to all ticket types, including car passes, bus tickets, glamping, pre-pitched tents and premium upgrades.
- Your refund will be automatically determined by if / when your ticket was scanned.
- What day you exited the event will not have an impact on what refund you receive.

Next steps:
-
The amount you are eligible for will be automatically determined and processed by the ticketing provider you used to purchase tickets.
- Refunds will be automatically processed to the card used at the time of purchase. 
- For expired or cancelled cards, refunds may take a bit longer but will automatically redirect to the replacement card or associated bank account.

Megatix Purchasers:

Please allow up to 10 business days from Friday 19th April for the eligible refund to land in your account.
- Please contact megatix.com.au/support if you have not received your Megatix refund within 10 business days.

Humanitix Purchasers:
-
Please allow up to 10 business days from Friday 19th April date for the eligible refund to land in your account.
- Please contact bookings@humanitix.com if you cannot locate your refund after 10 business days after receiving notification of their refund.

Tixel Sellers:
-
If you sold a ticket on Tixel you will be paid out for the amount you sold the ticket for (less fees). The funds will be available in your Tixel account within the next 10 business days.
- Please log into your Tixel account to view your payout or withdraw your funds.
- All Tixel sellers will receive an email from Tixel with more information when your funds are available.
- Alternatively, you can contact Tixel at tixel.com/contact-form for any queries.

Tixel Buyers:
-
If you purchased a ticket via Tixel you will be refunded by Tixel as follows:70% refund of the Tixel Ticket Price for tickets which were scanned into the festival on Friday or Saturday* 
- Full refund of the Ticket Ticket Price for tickets which were not scanned in at all*
- Full refund of the Tixel Ticket Price for tickets which were scanned into the festival on Sunday*
*All Tixel refunds are excluding buyer & purchase fees. 

Things to note for Tixel Buyers:

-Your refund will be automatically determined by if / when your ticket was scanned.
- What day you exited the event will not have an impact on what refund you receive.

Next steps:

Tixel buyer refunds will be processed by Tixel and will be automatically issued to the card you used to purchase
- Please allow up to 10 business days for the money to land in your bank account
- All Tixel buyers will receive an email from Tixel when the refund is processed.
